Position :
Project Manager (Testing)
We are currently looking for a dynamic Project Manager who will be leading the
entire testing team.
Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall working of the project(s)
Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints of the project
He is responsible for the outcome (success or failure) of the project
Involvement with the planning, controlling and monitoring, and also managing and directing the assigned project resources to best meet project objectives
Understand client requirement(s); Research, Analyze and design most optimal solution based on client requirement(s)
Controls and Monitors “triple constraints”—project scope, time and cost (quality also)—in managing competing project requirements.
Identify, create, and review test metrics
Reports on project progress and other project specific information to stakeholders.
Responsible for identifying, monitoring, and responding to risk.
Responsible to the project stakeholders for delivering a project’s objectives within scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
Responsible for the performance of the entire team
Co-ordinate with business development team in pre sales cycle
Required
6Yrs of hands-on experience in Testing (Manual as well as Automation)
Should be proficient in building technical proposals based on client requirements
Should be a quick learner and should possess appetite to research and learn new software testing tools
Good communication, analytical and presentation skills
Team handling skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Exposure to open source tools
